Hi, and welcome to Lifetime Baseball serving Southwest Dallas and Ellis counties of Texas. I started this venture with the intent to use my years of experience in baseball to help your child, team, league or organization improve their baseball skills and learn to enjoy this great game as much as I do.
I promise you the personal attention, professionalism and attention to detail that you and your child deserve. I have been fortunate to have had a great deal of success in coaching and teaching baseball over the years. I feel I have proven techniques and methods to be of assistance to you. I trust that it will also be a fun and enjoyable experience for the kids!

We will honor the Lord by emphasizing character qualities while teaching age-appropriate baseball fundamentals. Quality fundamentals will enable an athlete to play better baseball. Character qualities will last a lifetime; both on and off the field.
Want to become a better baseball player?
Baseball strength training is a twelve month activity though the emphasis of this training varies throughout the year. The off-season is the best time of year to gain strength but strength needs to be maintained and increased during the season as well. Baseball is a rotational sport and to excel requires building strong legs, stable shoulders and especially core strength. Strength training for baseball is very different from bodybuilding. Weight lifting is not the answer. The right type of strength training is crucial for success in baseball in order to develop explosive power, agility and to help protect against injuries. Even a small increase in power will improve not only your hitting and throwing power but your reaction time and timing as well.
At Lifetime Baseball, we offer a specialized strength training program to help the serious athlete gain the competitive edge. Our climate controlled facility provides a comfortable setting for focusing on core, stability, and agility training. It is never too young to start strength training from a physical perspective but we typically start players at around 9 years old. It all depends on the desire that the player has to improve his abilities.
